NGO "Centre Podillya-Socium" actively partners with IDEA Project Powered by Microsoft YouthSpark and delivers computer training to youth, particularly disadvantaged young people. Recently, the organization won a grant at the 2014 social projects contest held by Vinnitsa City Council. The City supported its project proposal "Uniting Generations" which aims to improve the living standards of the elderly through the mastery of modern information technology. Assistance for older people in learning the basics of computer literacy during the project is going to be provided with a help from student volunteers. The main component of this success was that in February 2014, the organization received free Microsoft software licenses for 10 computers. Congratulations to "Centre Podillya-Socium" on this success!
On May 3, 2014 Stephen M. Haykin, USAID Caucasus Mission Director and Lia Gigauri, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia opened the third national fair-conference of civics to welcome 350 civics teachers from all regions of Georgia.
Poti project named Young Artists Club, implemented in the framework of GE CALLS grants program, held a close-out ceremony on June 1. The project was implemented by Poty Library Union.

The name of the short film is “The Last Bell” (traditional name of the high school graduation ceremony in Georgia). The subject of the film was chosen by the project participants due to frequent accidents during the graduation period. Young people often use alcohol, drive without license or on a high speed during celebration of last day at school that often results in fatal accidents.
IDEA Training Center in Rivne carried out within IDEA Project Powered by Microsoft YouthSpark" a training in rhetoric and public speaking for future lawyers, currently college students . Compliance with the rules of rhetoric and public speaking for this kind of professionals is extremely important. During the training, youth who study to be law experts learned how to speak properly in public. During their reviews of the training results they said: "I'd love to have such classes, in which we study the principles of rhetoric and public speech, as often as possible”, “We cannot do without such knowledge – without it, any successful career would not be possible ".
