GE CALLS Telavi Project Members Dedicate Short Film to Hazardous Tradition

Georgia | Georgia Community Action and Linkages for Legal Socialization | 30 May 2014

Telavi Media-Lab, founded in the framework of GE CALLS grants program, produced the last film of the project. The name of the short film is “The Last Bell” (traditional name of the high school graduation ceremony in Georgia). The subject of the film was chosen by the project participants due to frequent accidents during the graduation period. Young people often use alcohol, drive without license or on a high speed during celebration of last day at school that often results in fatal accidents. The film will be presented to the local public during the project final festival scheduled for June 9. Other films by media-lab will be also shown the same day. That will be the last activity of the six-month youth project in Telavi. To watch the film, please click on the link below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwYhr9bgelw
