All the six grantee representatives and some of the professionals involved in the Year 2 trainings including the four experts who have developed the Kit were present at the meeting. During the meeting the four experts presented the Resource Kit section by section, each of them focusing on the tools developed by them. Depending on the specificity of the tool, they provided special recommendations and guidance as well as some additional tips on the usage of each tool.

At the end of the meeting the grantees shared their experience in applying the Resource Kit focusing on the ones which have been either very successful or challenging for the groups in their communities.
