Berdia Natsvlishvili

Country Director

Berdia Natsvlishvili has been working with PH International since 2000 on various senior managerial possitions. Berdia’s area of expertise is in international development and education, organizational and institutional development, advocacy and PR campaigns. For the last 12 years, he worked with a number of local and international NGOs, donor funded projects and private companies, universities and training centers. Berdia is an Associate Professor at the School of Journalism and Communications at University of Georgia, and Caucasus School of Media at Caucasus University, and is a recognized expert in public relations. He is a founder of a number of professional, community and educational organizations in Georgia and author of innovative projects in the field of public relations, interactive communications and new media. Berdia holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in public relations from Georgian Technical University and diploma from Chattahoochee High School, Atlanta, GA.

Renee Berrian

Senior Program Manager & Supervisor

Renee began working for PH International in February 1995 as a Program Manager for a law enforcement training program, and now-- thousands of international visitors later-- she serves as PH’s Senior Program Manager and resident expert in US-based exchanges. She is responsible for the overall management of the Community Connections Hosting Programs which take place in Vermont, as well as almost all other US-based exchanges. Renee enjoys meeting new people, especially those from other countries, so planning programs for professionals from across Eurasia is both rewarding and exciting work for her.

She and her husband Kim have three grown children, Jaime, Jeremy and Jessica. They live in Waitsfield where she enjoys an 8-minute commute to the PH office every day. Her hobbies and interests include gardening, walking, snowshoeing and time with family and friends.

Salome (Ana) Chelidze

Finance/Admin Coordinator

Salome Chelidze is a member of PH International in Georgia since April of 2008, bringing eight years of experience in program administration and management. As Finance / Admin Coordinator, Salome provides administrative, programmatic and accounting support to the Applied Civic Education and Teacher Training, Community Connections and Georgian Legal Socialization Program. Prior to joining PH International, Salome worked at Fortrose Georgia and Public Defender's Office. Salome is a graduate of Tbilisi State University named after Iv. Javakhishvili, Western European Languages and Literature department.

Tinatin Ebanoidze

GE CALLS/ACPI Program Director

GE CALLS Program Manager, Tinatin Ebanoidze joined PH International in April of 2008 as Program Coordinator for the Georgia Legal Socialization Program (GLSP), and was shortly promoted to the position of Program Manager. Before joining the PH International, Tinatin worked for OSCE-funded program at the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Georgia. Prior to that, she worked on the Rule of Law Project at IRIS, and Eurasia Foundation where she focused on curriculum development, program management and finances. Tinatin is a graduate of Tbilisi State University and Ilia Chavchavadze State University, and holds a master’s degree in literature.

Nutsa Goguadze

GE CALLS Admin/Grants Coordinator

Nutsa is Admin/Grants Coordinator of GE CALLS Program. She joined PH International Georgia team in June 2012 as Program Associate for Georgia Legal Socialization Program with 6 year experience in administrative and HR related issues in private companies as well as international donor-funded projects. She also worked as a freelance translator/interpreter for considerable period of time with different organizations. Nutsa holds a degree of Bachelor of Journalism from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, quality of Translator/Interpreter from Ilia State university of Languages and Culture and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management and Finance from London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).

Rusudan Dzigrashvili

GE CALLS Program Coordinator

Rusudan joined PH International in December 2012, with 10 years of development work in designing and managing projects in various fields and across multiple disciplines including media development, business development, agriculture, civil dialogue, European Integration, education and culture. Prior to joining PH-International Rusudan worked in number of international and non-governmental organizations. In USAID funded project - IREX Media Innovations Program she worked in grants department and then headed the training's and research projects. She has enhanced her managerial and communication abilities as a Marketing Communications Manager – USAID/AgVANTAGE and Head of Public Relations Department – Public Broadcasting of Georgia. For three years she was an Executive Director – ICC-Georgia, International Chamber of Commerce and then as Program Officer at Europe House Georgia where she managed education and civil dialogue projects in partnership with other NGOs, government and donors. Rusudan holds master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Georgian-American Institute of Public Administration. Bachelors Degree from Georgian Technical University, faculty of Translation/Interpretation – English Language.

Alexander González

MIS Specialist

Sandro joined PH Georgia in October 2013, as an MIS Specialist. Despite his young age, he possesses considerable experience as an IT specialist. Along with his working record in number of organizations as web-master and developer, Sandro has also been working on his own projects, including development of a new social network, community forums etc.
