Training "Civic activity. The work of psychologist"
IDEA Center of charitable organization 'Fund of Help for Needy' in cooperation with Khmelnytsky Oblast Youth Library conducted a training on the topic 'Community activity. The work of psychologist'. 11 students studying Applied Psychology at Khmelnytsky National University participated at the training. Since they are goinng to graduate soon, the training aimed to assist them in choosing their future field of activity.
The trainning program included such topics as forms of non-profit organizations; the mission, main activities, and strategic plan for the organization; job descriptions and instructions; using Word templates, and creating and editing table accounting requests of clients to optimize operations; online polling; cooperation with NGOs and government; organization's resources and its financial viability; PR activities; Using Microsoft software for NGOs, and new features of 'cloud' technologies.
