Preparing to a Job Interview
Participants were familiarized with main rules of preparation to a job interview and questions that could be asked during interviewing. Exercises during the training were directed at preparing the participants to any questions that employers can ask as well as developing their self-analysis skills, for example, ability to identify and analyze mistakes that they could make during a job interview. Also, participants tested themselves in a role of an employer who conducts a job interview. The final part of the training session was dedicated to composing of self-presentation rules.
