In July 2014, ELCE/ICTE Program alumni teachers registered an NGO – “Changes without Borders” (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Changes-Without-Borders/300663930121798?fref=ts) The organization’s mission is to support the students and teachers in their endeavors for personal and professional development. In September 2014, PH International partnered with “Changes without Borders” for the implementation of the English Access Microscholarship Program in Adjara. The organization has applied for various grants and initiatives in the field of education and has great ideas and plans for involving local administration and raising teachers’ motivation for professional development.
