Following the youth forum, which was held in Shida Kartli region this fall, school-based civics club students initiated different activities to advocate for the road safety in Surami. Students decided to broadcast a program via a school radio channel to educate their schoolmates about the importance of road safety. A teacher of road signs and safety was invited to take part in the radio program. Students also took part in the training titled “A Safe road to the school” which helped participants to learn about the meaning of the different road signs. Students also took part in a painting contest and made and presented a video about the importance of following traffic rules and road signs
