Roger joined the PH International staff in January 2021. He works on the Development Team with Meg Harris as the Associate Director of Program & Fund Development. He has over 20 years of experience in international development, having previously worked in Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Oceania. Roger served as Director of Program Initiatives with the Institute for Sustainable Communities and Major Gifts Officer with the Himalayan Cataract Project. He was also the Executive Director of the Vermont Chapter of the March of Dimes and Deputy Commissioner for Agricultural Development for the State of Vermont.

Roger earned his bachelor's degree at Tufts University and a Masters in the Art of Teaching at the University of Vermont. He lives with his wife and two boys in Waterbury, VT where they enjoy skiing, mountain biking and tennis.
