Teaching Advancement Program: Teachers of Tomorrow (2023-2026)

Funded by the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, the Teacher Educator Training Program strengthens Georgia’s teacher preparation systems by building the capacity of university faculty who train future educators.

Working with three Georgian universities, PH International supports teacher educators through a combination of needs assessments, professional development, U.S. study opportunities, expert exchanges, curriculum development, and institutional grants. The program helps universities strengthen pre-service teacher training, adopt student-centered teaching approaches, and build stronger networks among education professionals.

By investing in the educators who prepare future teachers, the program supports long-term improvements in the quality of education across Georgia.
