Phonichala Youth Development Program (2022-24)

Funded by the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, the Phonichala Youth Development Program (PYDP) strengthened opportunities for youth and families in Phonichala, a diverse community in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Building on PH International’s experience developing resilient communities across Georgia, PYDP brought together youth, families, community leaders, and local stakeholders to identify priorities, build trust, and create positive pathways for young people. Through dialogue, leadership development, and community-driven initiatives, the program strengthened connections between residents and local institutions while expanding opportunities for youth to develop skills, confidence, and a stronger future
