Language and Leadership Education for Advanced Pathways for Youth Program (2024-2026)

Funded by the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan, the Language and Leadership Education for Advanced Pathways for Youth (LEAP) program equips 150 Armenian youth and young adults (ages 16–35), including at least 70% displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, with the English language, leadership, and career skills needed to pursue new educational and employment opportunities.

Through eight months of intensive English instruction and skills-building activities in career development, entrepreneurship, pitching, and media literacy, participants strengthen their communication skills, expand their professional networks, and build the confidence and capabilities needed to succeed in today’s academic and workforce environments.

Implemented through six cohorts of 25 participants, LEAP also connects young Armenians with opportunities to learn about U.S. culture, educational exchanges, and pathways for continued growth.
