English Language, USAID Civics & Economic Integration Program (2022-2025)
As a partner to the UN Association of Georgia on the USAID Civic and Economic Integration Program, PH International strengthened employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for young adults in Georgia through an innovative Business English and entrepreneurship curriculum.
The program served approximately 1,340 unemployed and underemployed youth from diverse communities, combining 120 hours of vocational English instruction with practical training in entrepreneurship, business planning, marketing, leadership, and social media. By integrating English language learning with workforce and business skills, participants were better prepared to pursue employment, advance their careers, or launch their own businesses.
To ensure long-term sustainability, PH trained local English instructors in learner-centered teaching methods and experiential learning, building lasting capacity within participating communities.
