Armenia LEAD (Leadership, Education, Action, Development) Project (2021-2023)

For more than 20 years, PH International has invested in youth education and leadership development in Armenia through high-quality educational programs that expand opportunity and strengthen local communities.

The Armenia LEAD Project equipped youth from underserved communities with English language proficiency, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to prepare them for future education, employment, and community leadership. The project also strengthened local schools by providing professional development for English teachers and creating supportive learning environments for student success.

As a capstone experience, participants worked in teams to identify community needs, design practical solutions, and implement youth-led projects that engaged schools, families, and local stakeholders in addressing local challenges.
