In Sept. 21-23 54 students from 3 Access sites – Nor Hachn, Chambarak and Goris – got together to celebrate their successes, to highlight the skills and knowledge they have obtained throughout the program and receive their certificates of successful program graduation. The group met many interesting guest speakers, including FLEX and YouthLAB programs alumni, who coached them on effective completion of application forms and participation in interviews. They also sat at different sessions that included a panel discussion with successful females in legal-judicial professions as advice for career orientation, an interactive session on time management and finally debates between teams with appointed dispositions on different issues. On Sept. 22, Mr. Rafik Mansour, Deputy Chief of Mission and the representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia visited the students, talked to them about their accomplishments and awarded the certificates.
