Montenegro | Montenegro Civic Education Project | 16 Jun 2022

Dialogue included active participation of all local stakeholders (local self-government, police, three primary schools, civil sector, Center for social work and Primary health care center) who analyzed the most important problems young people are facing today in Plav, Gusinje and Rožaje. Key issues identified during the CDW are: young people are lacking knowledge on legal culture perspective, lack of cooperation among institutions and organization on the prevention activities for young people and high level of risky behavior among young people regarding usage of PAS, violence (peer and cyber) and juvenile delinquency. The second set of CDW will be focused on identification of the solutions for the key problems, which will be conducted by MCEP and local stakeholders.
