During the 3-days youth leadership school young leaders call young people to go back to reality, and not live in the virtual world: «We can go back to the real life, to the real communications, value personal meetings, but not letters on the screen!!! Be the clever user of Internet!». According to the trainer of school of youth leadership, IT-trainer of IDEA center Sergey Slyn'ko – greater part of young people suffers from online dependence in the world. And for this reason it is needed to educate the children and youth about smart rules of using the Internet.
To search the new approach to the solving of socially important problems 35 activists of Cherkassy were taught at school of youth leadership.
Alla Chukhriy, graduating student of school of youth leadership, Uman': «It is not a simple school, it is real life, which enables to expose in itself those qualities which did not appear before».
Lily of Taibova, graduating student of school of youth leadership: «We learned to overcome fear in a command, trust – it is really important, each leader must know how to develop trust».

For three years of existence of school its students developed fifteen new projects. In the future leaders on the basis of own developments plan to overcome the problem of young people dependence on compuer games, fight the youth drug addiction, alcoholism. Also young activists plan to clean the waste in Sosnivka, help hospitals with equipment and add a few new playgrounds in Cherkassy.
