A school-based civics club members of village Partsanakanevi Public School #2 in Tskaltubo Municipality initiated to solve ecological problems in the community. The students set up a monitoring group - "Green Inspectors” and a closed group on Facebook, where they discussed the ways for improving situation in ecologically polluted areas identified by the Green Inspectors. 
The students organized cleaning and greening actions of the polluted territories.  Besides, information campaigns to increase public awareness about the importance of environmental protection were held.  The civics club, in cooperation with the local authorities, announced a competition "The most beautiful yard" and the winner was awarded a prize.
"We decided that the "Green Inspectors" will continue monitoring of the ecological situation in the community, periodically we will arrange cleaning and greening actions. Also, the competition "The most beautiful yard" will be held annually in collaboration with the local government" – said Ani Bokuchava, civics club leader of Parsanakanevi school.
