Georgia | Applied Civic Education and Teacher Training (ACETT) program for Georgia | 30 Nov 2010

On November 12, 2010, the regional launch of the USAID-funded Applied Civic Education and Teacher Training Program (ACETT) was held in the Ozurgeti region of Georgia. The event was hosted by PH International and Guria Youth Resource Center, an ACETT partner NGO in the region. Students, school administrators, parents, community members, local government representatives, and educational resource centers participated in the event, offering enthusiastic support for the program. ACETT Program Director, Marina Ushveridze, and Grants Manager, Tamuna Pruidze, discussed ACETT and answered questions about upcoming activities. The event was covered by regional media.
