The program targeting experienced trainers, group leaders and youth workers from 17 European countries, covered the following themes: - Learning in non-formal education: approaches, conditions, factors, processes; - Role and self assessment of trainers; - Design, facilitation and reflection of non-formal learning processes and group processes; - Feedback: what is it, how to give it, how to take it; - Dynamics in and between individuals, teams and groups; - Creation and testing of own training modules. The participants had a chance to share their practice of working with youth, implementing different youth projects on local and international level, as well as to find partners for their future projects. The training program offered the participants opportunities to reflect on and discuss experiences made, to enhance the capacities for intervention strategies in learning and group processes. New learning styles, methods and tools were presented during the training sessions. All the information and skills gained during the program are very useful and will be used while designing the training modules for board members of ZANG Community Justice Centers and for the upcoming trainings of 50 Student Reparative Board members, which will shortly commence in selected 5 Yerevan schools.
