The students of the Levghva village public school in the Kobuleti municipality decided to take care of the endangered Buxus Colchica, the unique evergreen shrub commonly known as Boxwood.
The students collected information about seeding, care conditions, and their importance to the environment. A master class was held for students to study the growing and breeding of the plant.
In order to multiply the Buxus Colchica, a rare plant, which is included in the "Red Book" of Georgia, the students collected seedlings in the Natsmaskhatevi forest and from the private greenhouses of the community members.
