Studying communicative processes at work place The main task of this training - optimisation of communicative processes at the work place. During the training several main questions were examined:
- guided conflict - conflict-free staff;
- Staff conflicts, low effective style of management, peculiarities of disputed person;
- constructive way-out from conflict;
The participants of this trainings studied: look at themselves from the outside; differ useful conflict and destructive conflict; to hear and listen to; how to oppose the manipulator.
