Recruitment of Students from Yeghvard, Goris and Chambarak for New 2-Year Access Program – Armenia

The Armenian office of Project Harmony International is recruiting students from Yeghvard, Goris and Chambarak for enrollment in the new 2-year English Access Microscholarship program funded by the U.S. government.   

The purpose of the English Access Microscholarship Program is to make the study of English more accessible to adolescents from an economically disadvantaged background. In addition to mastering English, the participants increase their critical thinking, become familiar with different cultures, are trained in effective and safe usage of social media tools, in persuasion and negotiation skills, project design, concepts of community activism, community service and leadership skills.  This package of diverse skills acquired through the program enables the participants to take advantage of the opportunities that had previously been unavailable to them.

The new cycle of the program starts on Nov. 1, 2018 and finishes on Aug. 31, 2020. All interested students from Yeghvard, Goris and Chambarak, aged 13-15 as of November 1, 2018, should familiarize themselves with the Armenian language Recruitment Announcement posted below and, after checking if they meet all the requirements of the program, can apply to it by downloading and completing the Access Application Form and the Parental Consent Form posted below.
