PROJE HEDEF VE HEDEFLER

Makedonya Yasal Sosyalleşme Programı (MAK LSP) amacı hukukun üstünlüğü için var anlayış ve saygı gençlik güçlendirmek ve çocuk suç ve suç seviyelerini azaltmaktır. MAK LSP okullarda deneyimsel öğrenme öğrenci merkezli eşsiz bir süreç uygulamak için kooperatif gençler arasında ortaklıklar, eğitimciler, kolluk ve karışık etnik ortamlarda çocuk adalet uzmanları kuran bir yaklaşımla bu hedefe yöneliktir.

MAK LSP pilot program bilgi transferi ve için öğrenci merkezli bir yaklaşım kullanarak, öğretim ekipleri okullarda gençlerin çalışmak için bir araya 30 öğretmen ve 12 polis memuru getirerek, Makedonya Cumhuriyeti üç belediyede 300-360 gençlik ulaşacak kanun, hukuki süreç ve anlayış ve ilişki kurmak şekilde revize Ceza Kanunu becerileri.

Projenin özel hedefleri (a) Makedonya Cumhuriyeti (RM) gençlerin artan sayıda vatandaş olarak hak ve sorumlulukları daha büyük bir anlayış var olan, Eğitim ve Bilim ve Bakanlığı arasında (b) ortaklıklar İç ve diğer hukuk reformu üstünlüğü farkındalıklarını artırır RM öğrenciler için yeni bir müfredat içinde ilgili kurum sonucu, (c) gençlerin sayısı kanun, kolluk ve adalet sektörü yetkililerinin üstünlüğüne saygı karşı olumlu bir tutum göstermek artmış ve (d) okullarda farklı etnik gruplar arasında işbirliği geliştirilecek.

PROJECT TITLE: “Macedonia Legal Socialization Program (MAK-LSP) ”

 

PROJECT GOAL AND OBJECTIVES

The goal of the Macedonia Legal Socialization Program (MAK LSP)  is to strengthen the understanding and respect youth have for the rule of law and reduce levels of juvenile crime and delinquency. MAK LSP addresses this goal through an approach that builds cooperative partnerships between youth, educators, law enforcement and juvenile justice professionals in mixed ethnic environments to implement a unique process of student centered experiential learning in schools.

The MAK LSP program will reach up to 300 youth in three municipalities of the Republic of Macedonia.  The project will bring together 24 teachers and 12 police officers as teaching teams to work with youth in schools, using a student-centered approach for the transfer of knowledge and skills on the law, legal processes and the revised Criminal Code in ways that build understanding and relationship.

The specific objectives of the project are (a) increased number of youth in Republic of Macedonia ( RM)  have a greater understanding of their rights and responsibilities as citizens; (b) partnerships among the Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Interior, State Council for Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and other relevant institutions  result in  continuation of LSP  curriculum for RM students that increases  their awareness  of the rule of law reform;  (c) increased number of youth  demonstrate a positive attitude towards respecting the rule of law, law enforcement and justice sector officials; and  (d) improved cooperation among diverse ethnic groups in schools.
