GNMLstudents apply to participate in PH's 3rd Youth TechCamp

Global New Media Lab Online has engaged 250 students from over 30 countries since the launch in October 2014! As we approach the start of the New Year, we also mark the halfway point of our online program. With six live sessions, A-SMYLE, FLEX and YES students have learned to work on an online classroom platform (a new skill for many!), created a Social Media for Social Change campaigns related to an issue of personal interest in their home countries, built a campaign blog, began Tweeting about important happenings relating to their social issue and they continue to blog based upon the information found by using Google Alerts!

With so much to be proud of, PH International is excited to launch the online application for the 3^rd Youth TechCamp to be hosted at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont on March 23-27, 2015. Twenty-six applicants will be selected to participate in the Youth TechCamp and notified by January 8, 2015. During the Youth TechCamp students will gain valuable leadership, public speaking training skills and develop action plans for how you will teach others in your home community how to use social media for social change. Students will also learn advanced social/digital media skills.
