Tamar Kheladze
Program Coordaintor, Adjara Community Policing Initiative

Tamar Kheladze joined PH International in 2015. Her scope of expertise covers social work, health oriented projects and community development programming, including community system strengthening. She holds an extensive experience in leading community oriented programs and projects on national and regional levels in South Caucasus. She holds valuable expertise working on community needs assessment and working with most vulnerable members of the community such as socially unprotected families, most at risk population, migrants and internally displaced persons.

Tamar previously worked with World Vision International in Georgia and IOM Georgia. She served as a development trainer in Targu-Mures, Romania through international youth organization AIESEC. Tamar holds Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Tbilisi State University.
