HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FIELD TRIP TO MOSTAR

On October 10, 2018,PH International organised one day field trip in Mostar for secondary school students from Herzegovina- Neretva and Zenica- Doboj Canton, as well as for their teachers and police officers.
In this field trip, students from secondary schools of Herzegovina Neretva Canton hosted secondary school students from Zenica Doboj Canton and together played sport games such as: volleyball with blankets, tug of war, jumping in sand bags, etc.

These sports activities took place in Mostar.

This filed trip participated 33 secondary school students, 11 teachers and 5 police officers.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS FIELD TRIP TO ZENICA

On October 8th, 2018,PH International  organised one day field trip in Zenica for elementary school students from Zenica- Doboj and Herzegovina- Neretva Canton, as well as for their teachers and police officers.

In this field trip, students from elementary schools of Zenica-Doboj Canton hosted elementary school students from Herzegovina-Neretva  Canton and together  played sport games such as: volleyball with blankets, tug of war, jumping in sand bags, etc.

These sports activities took place in the yard of Elementary school "Mak Dizdar" from Zenica.

This filed trip participated 33 elementary school students, 11 teachers and 3 police officers.

SUMMER CAMP IN ZENICA FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Within the Legal Socialisation Program (LSP) PH International organised Summer Camp "Digital, Responsible, Safe in school and community" in Zenica for high school students from Zenica- Doboj Canton from September 14-15, 2018.

Summer Camp in Zenica participated 32 students from five (5) high schools, together with teachers.

Topics that were covered in these training's were as follows:

 - History of Internet

 - Media Literacy

 - Cyberbullying

 - Cyberbullying and computer games

 - Internet, social media and activism

 - Internet and dangers (extremism, human trafficking)

During the summer camp students gained new skills and understanding of risk behaviours online (cyber bullying, privacy protection online, gaming and risks, extremism, and dangers of human trafficking.) how to recognise them and how to react properly to them; some inputs on basic skills of media, information and digital literacy; the meaning of civic activism as well as the use of new technologies in the education process.

SUMMER CAMP IN MOSTAR FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Within the Legal Socialization Program (LSP) PH International organized Summer Camp "Digital, Responsible, Safe in school and community" in Mostar for high school students from Herzegovina Neretva Canton from September 21-22, 2018.

Summer Camp in Mostar participated 31 students from five (5) high schools, together with teachers and police officers.

Topics that were covered in these trainings were as follows:

 - Cyberbullying and computer games

 - Internet, social media and activism

 - Internet and dangers (extremism, human trafficking)

Within the activities of Legal Socialization Program, on June 8, 2018,PH International  organized one day field trip in Mostar  for elementary school students from Herzegovina- Neretva and Zenica- Doboj Canton, as well as for their teachers and police officers.

The main aim of this field trip is to enable students to share and show knowledge/skills acquired within the implementation of Legal Socialization Program.

In this field trip, students from elementary schools of Herzegovina Neretva Canton hosted elementary school students from Zenica Doboj Canton and together  played sport games such as: volleyball with blankets, tug of war, jumping in sand bags, etc.

These sports activities took place in premises of 4th Elementary School in Mostar.

This filed trip participated 46 elementary school students, 14 teachers and 5 police officers.

 

Field trip of high school students

Within the activities of Legal Socialization Program, on June 4, 2018,PH International  organized one day field trip to Zenica for high school students from Zenica- Doboj and Herzegovina- Neretva Canton, as well as for their teachers and police officers.

The main aim of this field trip is to enable students to share and show knowledge/skills acquired within the implementation of Legal Socialization Program.

In this field trip, students from high schools of Zenica Doboj Canton hosted high school students from Herzegovina Neretva Canton and  together  played sport games such as: volleyball with blankets, tug of war, jumping in sand bags, etc.

This filed trip participated 30 high school students, 9 teachers and 4 police officers.

Within the Legal Socialization Program (LSP) PH International organized Summer Camp "Digital, Responsible, Safe in school and community" in Mostar for high school students from Herzegovina Neretva Canton from May 25 – May 27, 2018.

Summer Camp in Mostar participated 24 students from four (4) high schools, together with teachers and police officers.

Topics that were covered in these trainings were as follows:

 - History of Internet

 - Media Literacy

 - Cyberbullying

 - Cyberbullying and computer games

 - Internet, social media and activism

 - Internet and dangers (extremism, human trafficking)

Within the Legal Socialization Program (LSP) PH International organized Summer Camp "Digital, responsible, Safe in school and community"  in Zenica for high school students from Zenica Doboj Canton from May 18 – May 20, 2018.

Summer Camp in Zenica participated 36 students from four (6) high schools, together with teachers and police officers.

Topics that were covered in these trainings were as follows:

- History of Internet

- Media Literacy

- Cyberbullying

- Cyberbullying and computer games

- Internet, social media and activism

- Internet and dangers (extremism, human trafficking)

Within the program Legal Socialization, PH International organized from September 22 - September 24, 2017 three-day Summer Camp for elementary Schools from Zenica Doboj Canton, as well as for teachers and police officers. During the Summer Camp, the following goals were achieved:  

  1. Students are trained to use social media for leadership in social activism and their use in the context of rule of law in digital age;
  2. Teachers are familiar with the skills of how to develop studnts leadership skills for positive changes in the local community;
  3. Through different topics and modules, summer camp participants are familiar and educated about the internet, internet tools for social networks, advantages and dangers that networks brings in contemporary world, in the context of six Modules of Legal Socialization Program;
  4. Through theoretical and practical examples, participants are able to use networks for better comunication, and education, and are able to protect themselves from potential dangeres.

Within the program Legal Socialization, PH International organized from September 15 - September 17, 2017 three-day Summer Camp for elementary Schools from Hercegovina Neretva Canton, as well as for teachers and police officers. During the Summer Camp, the following goals were achieved:  

  1. Students are trained to use social media for leadership in social activism and their use in the context of rule of law in digital age;
  2. Teachers are familiar with the skills of how to develop studnts leadership skills for positive changes in the local community;
  3. Through different topics and modules, summer camp participants are familiar and educated about the internet, internet tools for social networks, advantages and dangers that networks brings in contemporary world, in the context of six Modules of Legal Socialization Program;

Digital, Responsible, Safe in School and Community

 

Predstavnici PH International Ureda u BiH su ovih dana posjetili novoimenovane ministre obrazovanja i unutrašnjih poslova u Kantonu Sarajevu – g.dina Anisa Krivića, ministra za obrazovanje, nauku i mlade Kantona Sarajevo i g.dina Ismira Jusko, ministra unutrašnjih poslova Kantona Sarajevo kako bi prezentirali dosadašnje rezultate Programa „Socijalizacije s pravom“ i predstavili buduće planirane PSP aktivnosti u ovom kantonu.

Oba ministra su naglasila vrijednost  svrhe i ciljeva Programa kao značajan doprinos prevencijji maloljetničke delinkvencije i jačanju vladavine prava i izrazila svoju otvorenost za dalju saradnju i  spremnost da pruže svu neophodnu podršku budućim PSP aktivnostima u školama i lokalnim zajednicama u Kantonu Sarajevu.

Award winning video

This is a story about students, about learning and about making a positive change in one’s community. The students are from primary school “Ćamil Sijarić” from Nemila, one of 16 primary schools in two cantons: Zenica-Doboj and Herzegovina-Neretva. These 16 schools were selected by their respective cantonal ministers of education to take a part in the Legal socialization and juvenile crime prevention Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BLSP).

The BLSP is implemented by PH international and funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
