Dzyunik Vanesyan
AM CALLS Program Director

In her current position of AM CALLS Program Director Dzyunik is responsible for administering all operations with subcontractors, leading and directly contributing to all activities related to the Law Enforcement Officers’ training Component and the Partnership with MoJ on training for officials.

Dzyunik has started her work with PH International in 2004 as a Special Projects Coordinator in Armenia School Connectivity Program. In September 2005 she has moved to ZANG Armenia Legal Socialization Project in the position of Program Coordinator and later as ZANG Program Manager. In this position Dzyunik was responsible for developing ZANG program new components, monitoring and evaluating the program activities, promoting the cooperation with different partners.

Dzyunik has started her professional career in 1995 as an English teacher at the secondary school. Since 1997 she works with different international organizations, (such as Peace Corps, Eurasia Foundation, Catholic Relief Services, Urban Institute/USAID funded project) has been involved in various humanitarian and development projects. During these years of her professional activities Dzyunik worked with diverse range of population in different regions of Armenia. Her main work included providing social and consulting services for target groups, conducting interviews and trainings, making surveys and evaluations, coordinating and monitoring the work of local authorities, NGO-s and other institutions within joint project.

Dzyunik has graduated from Vanadzor State Teacher-training Institute, major on teaching English and German languages.
