Success
Khatuna Khvedelidze and Natela Basilia delivered an extremely successful workshop for Module 10 on May 24, 2015.

Overview
As with each of the previous Module 10 workshops, I asked two teachers from each of this year's Tbilisi cohorts to deliver the workshop content to their peers. From the Sunday group, Khatuna Khvedelidze (School 186) and Natela Basilia (School 82) gave, in my estimation, the most successful final workshop yet. In her reflection on this experience, Khatuna wrote the following:

"First, when Kirsten suggested me and one of our ELCE teachers, Natia Basilia, to deliver Module 10, I was too confused. It was great challenge for me as I didn’t have any experience of teaching teachers. I love my work and do it with pleasure with children though I don’t like being in front of the audience of adults. But I agreed to Kirsten just because I didn’t want to disappoint her. My partner and I chose resources for the training, discussed about them, distributed our parts and the day of the training came. I was so nervous that my family members were even laughing at me. But as soon as the training started I got relaxed. I felt that everything went OK and the audience was getting active, motivated and interested in the activities we were offering. The time flew like winking. After finishing my main part of the training I got so many praises from my colleagues, future colleagues and our trainer that it exceeded my expectations. Each of them was congratulating, tapping me on my shoulder saying “It was really great,” “good job,” “you are cool,” “ you were so confident,” and etc. Some of them kissed and hugged me saying: “I can’t help kissing and hugging you.” That was one of the greatest moments in my life. To get so many praises from colleagues is not easy, especially from Georgian ones, because they are too critical by nature. Even though I knew that they were satisfied with the training, I didn’t expect them to show all this excitement. I am so thankful to them for making me so happy and for encouraging me before the training. And the evaluation from our trainer was the last drop for the complete happiness. This was great experience for me. Maybe this was one of the greatest steps in my career. Taking part in ELCE program was hard work for me but I assume it was worth being there as now I feel more self-confidence, and a bit more pride thanks to my trainer Kirsten and ELCE program."

I am very glad that within the construct of the ELCE program, these teachers were able to have an additional opportunity to help further their professional development.
