Day Camp “Support for Changes - 2015”
“Support for Changes - 2015” was the name of a day camp organized on September 8, 2015 by students of MT program partner schools from Khulo municipality. More than 30 students gathered at Kholo public school #1 to discuss and identify community problems, find ways for their solution in cooperation with decision makers.
Students worked in groups, prepared presentations with support of MT program Partner NGO in Adjara – Batumi Education Development and Employment Center.
In the end of the day camp, students made presentations of their projects for the representatives of local municipality. Projects initiated by students for school and community benefit were supported by representatives of school and Khulo municipality. Implementation of students’ initiatives will start from a new academic year.
The day camp was organized in the framework of USAID-funded Momavlis Taoba Program, implemented by PH International.
