Students of Kutaisi partner schools of Momavlis Taoba Program took part in activities dedicated to Women’s Week in March.

Students met with the painter Lia Ukleba, who showed them her paintings and spoke about the importance of gender equality and equal participation of men and women in civic life.

They also took part in the slogan contest on gender equality. Winners were awarded with certificates.

At the end of the Women’s Week students visited Radio “Dzveli Kalaki” and discussed gender issues with the radio programs Director Keti Berdzenishvili.

The Women’s Week was organized in the framework of USAID funded “Momavlis Taoba” Program, which is implemented by PH International.
