On June 4, 2010, in Makiyivka, the Kesher Project has conducted an open dialogue on “Public organizations and mass-media interaction” within the framework of the training seminar conducted by the active volunteers of women’s movement in the CIS.

On June 7, 2010, the trainer psychologist of the Ivano-Frankivsk IDEA Center, Tetyana Kozak, has conducted a seminar for unemployed people from the city employment center on the topic “A successful interview – guaranty of success”.
During the seminar the process of preparing for interviews and actually talking to the employer or his representative has been discussed. A video was shown on how to behave during an interview and what should not be done.

Within the framework of the international training seminar for volunteers of the Project Kesher CIS, and with the support from the department of internal policy of the Makiyivka City Executive Committee, the Women’s Jewish Organization PROJECT KESHER, together with the All-Ukrainian International Women's Confederation, and the Donetsk Regional International Women's Public Organization will conduct the meeting “Open dialogue “Public Organizations and Mass-media Interaction”.

On June 1, during the International Children’s Day, Onlandia has visited the computer clubs from Stryy town. The visitors have learned about the safe web-country, and the administrators of 5 clubs received Onlandia informational materials posters and calendars.

On June 1, the head managers of the Melitopol IDEA Training Center, Natalia Bernaga and Svitlana Scherbakova have greeted the volunteers with the beginning of the awaited holidays, and at a cup of tea have discussed the results of work carried out within the 2009-2010 study year, as well as have scheduled the plan for the summer.

On June 1, during the citywide celebration of the International Children’s Day the trainers and volunteers from the Konotop IDEA Center have conducted a street action called “We are for a safe Internet!”

On June 1, 2010, the Kherson Center for Social Partnership volunteers have conducted a street action called “Onlandia Wonderings”.

On May 31, a seminar was carried out at the local employment center for women with the participation of trainers from the Kremenchuk IDEA Center’s, which operates within the “Balance+” Personnel Professional Development Center. The role of a job in woman’s life was discussed from both specific and general perspectives. Work as a source of income, as a means of self-actualization, as a duty, as an obligation to relatives, as a way to display love (household work). And for every woman - it is purely individual, as is the process of experiencing temporary unemployment.

Transboundary knowledge trade – the role of the third sector and the civil economics – this was the topic of a seminar for the representatives of governmental and private employment agencies and civil organizations of Poland and Ukraine within the framework of a transboundary initiative support program in the European Bug Region conducted in the city of Helm, the Republic of Poland, from May 31 till June 2, 2010.
Ukraine was represented by the specialists from the Volyn Oblast Employment Center, the Civil Society “Volyn Perspectives”, Volyn Regional Youth's Civil Organization “Regional European Development Institute”, Charity Fund “Rehabilitation”, and Volyn Regional Youth’s Labor Center.

A socio-economic crisis touched every Cherkasy family, sickly processes were sharpened and without to go: reduction of workplaces, threat of discharge, and, as a result, unemployment. Chance free of charge to complete training courses at the IDEA Educational Center in relation to employment opportunities became priceless support for many residents who found themselves in a heavy vital situation.
