This series of seminars was organized in partnership with the municipal Employment Center and has been attended mainly by job seekers registered with the Center. The last seminar was facilitated by Irina Dombrovskaya, the psychologist of the Far East state academic library where the IDEA Center is based. The training included a lecture on effective behavioral strategies in the time of recession, a questionnaire, a test and a business situation game. Such training events help people find their bearings in the challenging economic environment of recession and unemployment, boost their self-confidence and ensure their behavioral and communicative flexibility.
