The IDEA Center in Ryazan held a seminar in résumé writing skills for young people looking for summer jobs. After a series of interviews the alumni will spend their vacation months working with teenagers in summer camps.
During the first part of the seminar the trainees talked about goals and objectives for their résumés and looked at various résumé formats. This was followed by a practical session where they wrote their CVs and then publicly defended and discussed them. In conclusion they also received instruction on how to provide basic career guidance to young graduates of boarding schools as they try to find their first jobs. After the final interview with the seminar facilitator, the alumni will have an opportunity to work with teenagers in summer camps.
