The three-hour seminar was held twice, for two separate groups of local culture workers, fifteen and twelve people respectively. It included some theory (fundamentals of interpersonal communication, rules of working in a group, and adjustment strategies) and a practical session where Irina Dombrovskaya used various training techniques to facilitate psychological games and a creative project.
Thanks to the seminar, its participants acquired practical knowledge and skills for a faster and better adjustment to new work environments and more effective interaction in various social groups.
