Business eh? Who would have thought that me – Miss H.O. (the most confused and indecisive person in the world- actually applying to be in the Guinness world records) came back from AMERICA (yep.. I went to the states did I not say?) so sure that her future lied in the hands of marketing and then owning a multimillionaire business (and now you know why I was smiling in my sleep).

After going to America in the summer I found that my view on starting a business has changed drastically. I must admit before the trip I was intrigued in the business world and thought extremely highly of it. I never saw my self being a business women, as my aim in life was to become a paramedic. However, the two weeks I spent touring businesses has 100% changed my opinion. I now know that just because my passion is medicine, I don't have to limit my self to it. I realised that I can start my own business, after university, around medicine and emergency help.

Macedonia Legal Socialization Program (MAK LSP) | mak-lsp | 1 Oct 2012

The goal of the Macedonia Legal Socialization Program (MAK LSP) is to strengthen the rule of law

and reduce levels of juvenile crime through an integrated approach that educates youth on the law

by raising the community awareness on juvenile justice issues. MAK LSP addresses this goal through

a pilot educational program reaching 300-360 youth in the Republic of Macedonia that brings 30

teachers and 12 police officers together as teaching teams in a unique process of experiential

learning in mixed ethnic environments to work with youth in schools, using a student-centered

approach for the transfer of knowledge and skills in ways that build understanding and relationships

among these different groups. MAK LSP is supported by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of

International Narcotics and Law Enforcement.

On 26 Sept.2012, at the famous Prymorsky (Seaside) Boulevard, the Sevastopol City Employment Center organized an open air vacancy fair. About 50 city businesses took part at the fair to offer jobs.

On Sept.26, Coordinator of IDEA Rivne Training Center Tetyana Melnyk worked together with the Mobile Consultative Unit of Rivne Oblast Center of Social Services for Family, Children and Youth. The Mobile Consultative Unit visited two schools of Kostolip Rayon of Rivnee Oblast – in Zlazne and Zvisdivka villages. The consultants discussed with senior grade students tobacco, narcotics and game dependencies, and cases of violence among youth and domestic violence. The young people got advise on their questions about prevention of these problems as well as received information about organizations they could refer to in crisis situations. All students received brochures about specialised assistance services and their phone numbers in case they would need assistance or consultations.

"We have IDEA!" | idea | 19 Sep 2012

A presentation of IDEA Project took place at Krolevets Rayon Employment Center, with participation of 12 clients. The presentation participants were informed about the IDEA Project and its implementation in Ukraine. Also the history of creation of a civic platform that facilitates implementing the IDEA Project in Krolevets was highlighted (cooperation of NGO ‘Municipal Center ‘Dorohovkaz’, Krolevets Rayon Station of Young Technicians, and Krolevets Center of Rehabilitation of Children with Physical Disabilities). During the current season (by 01.01.2013) the IDEA Center in Krolevets plans to provide servies to 200 people and ensure that they have free access to Internet at the Center as well to the IDEA IT trainings and employability seminars.
