Overview
Tbilisi public school #157 students supported by a Momavlis Taoba program mini-grant, initiated rehabilitation of the Event Hall of their school. The students managed to mobilize the school administration and parents to take active part in the project.

The school administration allocated 2500 Georgian Lari from the school budget. In parallel, the students conducted research in the community to find out why the participation of parents in school life is low. According to the research it was caused because of lack of information.

This is why the students arranged a meeting at school with the participation of the school administration and parents and shared the project goal with them.

As the result of the students' efforts, the mini-grant project was successfully implemented and the event hall was renovated. Parents took active part in renovation works.

At the opening ceremony of the Event Hall, the students presented a concert performance and arranged an exhibition of the students’ paintings for the guests.
