ACPI Launches Third Programmatic Year

This fall ACPI started a new, third programmatic year and presented upcoming activities at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Adjara Autonomous Republic. The meeting was attended by principals of 10 schools that program will be working with during 2017-2018, as well as representatives of former partner schools, resource centers and Deputy Chief of Police Department of Adjara Autonomous Republic.

In 2017-2018, ACPI will work with 10 schools of Keda, Khulo, Kobuleti, Khelvachauri and Shuakhevi Municipalities on delivery of Legal Culture curriculum as well as implementation of joint projects with police and local municipalities.

The program continues cooperation with participants of 2015-2017 and will provide training for 10 police officers and 10 school teachers on Cyber Security – Security in Internet. ACPI will also support implementation of two infrastructural projects in target communities.

During the visit, the ACPI staff visited former partner schools to monitor the status of infrastructural and joint projects implemented last year.
