Armenia | English Access Microscholarship Program | 16 Oct 2013

On Oct. 1-5, 2013 three Armenian students and two educators from Chambarak, Nor Hachn and Dilijan, Armenia, participating in PH International's Access Program, traveled to Kyiv to join Access Program's Summit with 23 other students and 10 teachers coming from Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Georgia.

The purpose of the summit was for students and teachers to organize, network, learn new things, and share their hopes and ideas for community service projects. The participants report that they thoroughly enjoyed this unique opportunity that helped them advance their English skills, develop a peer support network, confidence, leadership skills, address global issues and ways to apply what they learn locally. They also made new friendships and spent fun time in the great city of Kyiv.
